Yes. As a matter of fact, I smoked some Spam during Christmas. My wife and I were in the grocery store just before Christmas to buy a ham to smoke. While there, I spotted a display of Spam. I hadn't eaten Spam since I was youngster so remembering some of the posts on smoking Spam, I thought "why not." So I picked up a can and took it home and smoked it along with the ham. I don't remember the exact smoking time but the internal temp was about 170*. I simply put some of my favorite rub on it and put it into the smoker along with the ham at about 225*.
It turned out to be pretty good. It still had the distinctive Spam taste but was enhanced somewhat with the smoke and rub. I'm not a big Spam fan but the smoked version was, to me, better that the plain. I'd say that if you like Spam, you'll like the smoked version much more.

I personally like canned ham more. Non the less Mustard slather some rub cook to 140º(it's precooked)

I've been all over a hog carcass with a knife. I don't ever remember cutting a spam off of one. What cut of meat is that???

Just kidding. I have made it to 44 years of age and have never tasted spam. I don't know if I should be proud or embarrassed.

Dude, you never had Spam, not even smoked??? Shame

its not bad........growing up........we didn't have alot of money.......so made do with spam........i still eat it once in awhile........fried on chibatta toast, melted cheese, with onion......AFTER smoking it first

There is a few things I will not eat, because of having to eat it so much when I was growing up. Spam used to be on that list, until I smoked a can. Now I like to smoke a can every now and then, just to eat as a snack.
