Spatchcocked a Couple of Birds

Your pan looks clean with the finished birds. Did you leave them in a pan in the smoker, or directly on the grates??

Did some the other day whole and they were really good, now I gotta try both your brine and this method. Read off the brine to my wife and she thought it would be a good one!
