Looks really great  but.. Garlic is about the only thing I am familiar with.  Now if I only knew what "spatchcock yardbird", "EVO", "Mrs dash" and "FGBP" were ...

"spatchcock"   is pretty much you butterfly the chicken like in the first picture . cut out the backbone and spread it out.

"yardbird"     is the chicken

"EVO"         extra virgin olive oil

"Mrs dash"   brand name of seasoning

"FGBP"       ?????  fine ground black peper (I think)

It does look mouth watering.  I haven't tried Montreal chicken seasoning.  How does it differ from the steak seasoning?

I have never tried  Montreal   Steak on chicken. Tried it on steak....didn't like it.
