Spatchcock question

    I want to try this for tomorrow, temp at about 275-300. how much time do i need to allow? its about 13lbs.

    I havn't spatchcocked one that big, but I'm thinkin around 4 hrs! minimum.

    I would say around 4 hours as well give or take a bit.

    four hours fifteen minutes, looks delicious.  i could have slept in a bit but at least its done!
