Hello all,
Decided that Saturday is a perfect day to make spareribs.
I got two racks, with Famous Dave's rib rub.
Smoking then with apple and hickory, my personal faves.

I'm going to also try my hand at more traditional cooking, (which I actually do when I'm home.) A three cheese creamy Mack and cheese!
Josh.

They look great! It's kind of hard to tell but are those trimmed St. Louis or cooked as full spares?

They look fantastic, and good eats.

Point for sure.

Chris

They look like St. Louis to me.

That's what I thought but I had a rack last weekend that was full but kinda narrow and looked really narrow trimmed up lol
