Spare Ribs

Just a quick note to show the ribs I smoked today.

I really just wanted to say that this was my first batch of ribs using "Jeff's Naked Rib Rub", but definitely not my last. That stuff is GREAT! Sweet... spicy... man, just about the right amount of both, along with some other "slap yo mamma" spices. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Here are a few that didn't get scarfed up on the first pass, but they too are about to be history.

Great looking ribs and you are right on; Jeff's rub is a true bargain, taste great on just about anything and you will have the recipe the rest of your life.
