Got a chance to smoke for the first time on my new weber kettle, results were great. Really dig the snake method, didn't have to adjust anything once it got going.

Stubb's briquettes with 50/50 pecan and peach.

Nice looking ribs! I got started with smoking on my kettle and I still smoke on it at times.
