Busy weekend was on tap , so Friday night put this in the
fridge for 14 hours =/-

Put 2 packs of wings into a brine of
1/2 cup Soya Sause
1 cup brown sugar
1/8 cup vinegar
all in a freezer bag and in the fridge , turned every so often

Using Mesquite chunks for wood
In the smoker for 1 1/2 hour at 250deg.
Than 325 for about 20 minutes

They were juicy , could have been a little crispier
They were great not too salty at all with that much Soya sauce .
Not like me but I forgot to take the plated shots
I'm an a$$
lol

Looks delicious! I love a good wing or 30!

i did a similar brine in the middle of the week and added just a couple tablespoons of vegetable oil with some Cajun seasoning. Dummy me forgot to take pics until too late!

Thanks , I'm with you I can shove a few down my neck as well.

When hunger and great food smells, the camera is last on the list. I forgot them here for the plate shot. But my belly was happy

Beautiful! Look tasty to me! I always have a hard time crisping the skin after smoking. I’ve got to the point where I only use the Webber with Vortex for the predictable crisp!

I can crisp up the skin in my smoker , but I just waited too long
before I cranked the heat . Scared I would dry them out too much.
So have just 1/2 hour at 250 than 45 at 350 would have done it

Looks great! I love wings. Man the price has soared on them though.

The wings were great
And beef was always high for me , pork and chicken had to pick and choose when to buy
But the other day at a local butcher at other part of Metro
when I work over that area, I drop in
Pork and chicken were down to normal prices. So I picked up 3 racks of ribs, 3 pork loins,
6 packs of chicken , and wings and 10 pounds of hamburger

Most times in summer I carry a cooler in the work truck , just in case , glad I did. Hour from home so kept it all fresh
