What do you guys think. I am opening a restaurant in Northern Iowa and I need a good commercial smoker. It will be outside and it gets really cold here.

The Fast Eddy seems nice, but I am worried about the cost of pellets vs natural gas. Also, I know of a couple of restaurants here in Iowa that have a Southern Pride and they operate it outside in the winter. It would be easier to install a Fast Eddy and the initial cost would be less. I think I am going to go with gas, but wanted the input of experts around here. Thanks in advance.
