I have been meaning to post these pictures from Christmas day in South Carolina. Some friends that I was visiting for the holidays do a annual "Pig Pickin" where they cook a whole hog. Unfortunately I forgot my camera on Christmas eve when the pig was started but hope to soon gets some pictures from day 1 from my friends. On day one the head was on the grill as well as the 4 feet and the tail. It was a great picture to behold but alas I left my camera behind that day!
The pictures I am posting are day 2 right before we ate but you can see the pig laid out and all the great smoked meat!
