I been wanting to do kind of a sous vide shrimp boil for a while now. Sam's sells these shrimp individually frozen in butter sauce. There enough sauce for 3 times the shrimp. I took some of those with some more shrimp and good size bay scallops seasoned with crab boil and sealed in bag. Set sous vide to 138. Went 45 minutes. Man was this good but I think I will try 145 next time. Just a touch under.

So I did this again. No photo but man is this good. I went 145 this time and was perfect for me. Scallops did kind of get a bit to tender but still really good. I normally dont buy sea wet scallops but I think they would work good in this.
