But, I just got a bunch of split chicken breasts (.55/lb) bone in. Would the 1-2 hour rule still apply? Or does having the bone in alter the time?
 
My opinion is there is nothing worse than under cooked chicken. Use a probe and cook it to 170º. It will be approx. 1.5 to 2 hrs at around the 250º smoker temp.
