Built brick offset smoker 6" round exhaust 4 ft tall 4x4x6 smoking chamber 2x3x2 fire box I have blocked all air intake charcoal wont somlder just stays on fire any help would b great

Hard to tell from your brief description. If you close off all your vents and still have flames in your firebox it is getting air from somewhere for combustion. Fire doesn’t burn without air. Door seals? Can you post some pics of your setup? With a little more info some of the good folks on this site will be happy to help.

What charcoal are you using ?? The kind that have lighter fluid in them...
