The check up of the freezer revealed some goodies (quail -18 pcs) I have decided to use for dinner. After the shower and short brinning
they were wrapped in towels.....I mean bacon
and a sprinkle of Jeff's rub they've jumped to the smoker

In mean time when waiting for the chicks I've managed to replenish my sauerkraut stock (3 weeks to wait ) with 2 gallons jar
After dinner my craving for smoking still was very significant, so I've decided to do some ABTs with a twist
Cleaned for staffing
Apart from regular things I've used olives,pcs of sausage, capers, bit of green onion, dash of dill, topped it with pieces of smoked cheese and applied crown of bacon with sprinkle of Jeff's rub
