A friend wanted jerky made, I searched through the local adds and found bottom round for 2.99# and they had boneless pork lion roasts for 2.29# she asked if I wanted anything and I told her what I wanted she brought me a whole boneless pork loin.

I cut some pieces out of it to slice for jerky and the sides with fat and stuff though it that I trimmed out made a nice pile of meat when done I cut into smaller chunks and coated it well with BBQ seasoning left it in the fridge over night.

Came home tonight on a sheet pan and into a 375 oven for 20 minutes and then a 425 for 6 minutes and below is what I got, something really good.

I know it isn't smoked or grilled but they were pretty darn tasty.
