My homie over at Premier Grilling was getting rid of their bullet inventory so I hopped on a Napoleon Apollo 3-in-1!

Got a lot of sealing to do. I am just so OCD about smoke exiting from any undesigned locations. I even have the Traeger sealed up like a drum.

I can see why you guys like these bullet smokers. Solid as a damn rock. I have anjusted venting and made exact notations while the burn in was goin. Then my Bride asked me what I was smoking. I said nothing but Crack! She didn’t laugh if you’re wondering.

She had a stack of veggies she wanted smoked for more of that roasted salsa. SO... enough of the chatter and on with the porn!

Pat

PS - I loaded up on a 4 piece set of 19.25” GrillGrates for the Traeger and some John Henry’s love and Gentry’s Beef Brigade. I also snagged a GMG mesh for my cold smoking but it came in handy when the Bride brought out the garlic! BOOM!

First go at it actually. I’ll get around to the Pork Rub he sent me home with.

My buddies employee swore by the Gentry’s Beef Brigade and the 4 John Henry’s I came home with. He was telling me John Henry was actually POTUS 41’s Personal chef for a time.

We’ll see. I have 2 - 15# Prime packers trimmed and seasoned. 1 with a significant trimming and Gentry’s Beef Brigade and the other with a moderate trim and John Henry’s Texas Brisket Rub. The fella was saying they sell more John Henry’s out of that location than the others they keep on hand.

That looks awesome Pat. I’ve looked at those before. Kind of like a WSM but with a few more features. Keeps us posted on how it works out for you. B
Oh... by the way (whispering so nobody can hear) ya got no meat on that grate brother.

HAHAHA...

Thanks B! Some updated pics. I ran out of grates! So I had to improvise to put some beef drippings on the coals.
