This is my first whack at snack stix.
These are deer. If they turn out decent tomorrow we try an Elk summer sausage. I'm using a pre mixed seasoning. But plan on trying some of the recipes on here.

Take them slowly to an internal temp of 152-155 and they they won't normally be dry. It can take 4-to even 10 hours sometimes but it is worth the wait. Your sticks look nice!
