Made hi mountain snack sticks then refrigerated 2 days. Can you take them out after being in the fridge and sit them on the counter for a few days??

Not sure,

I make the jerky but keep it in the fridge to last longer without any worrys.

If you put cure in them and they reached an IT of 155 or so, yes you can put them out on the counter for a couple days in an airtight container. I've mailed snack sticks from CO to the East Coast with no problems.

10-4. Heard its cold over there in co. My sister lives near Parker. I lived near Colorado Springs off of powers for 3 years. We used to archery hunt for elk down near salida. Miss that place!

Cold...nope it's been downright frigid! Supposed to have a heatwave today - high here of 23!!! Woohoo Yes we archery elk hunt and rifle elk hunt but closer to home - near Florissant in the Pike National Forest.

nice. My brother in laws folks have a cabin in bonanza that we built back in 2001. We hunt right around there in the rio grande national park. Sheep mountain, flagstaff & antora meadows. Wish I had sine elk meat! Mmmmmmmmm
