Hey Folks, My name is Marty and I live in New Jersey. I have been smoking/grilling/BBQing for about 30 years and have only recently started to get more adventurous. My wife and I love to throw large parties for friends & family but we never want to be predictable as far as the menu is concerned. Fortunately we have been very lucky with our choices. We are a family of Foodies, all of us cook, in fact our daughter is a CIA trained Pastry Chef. Last thing I will add is that I really like to try to pair different beers/wines with the food, desserts and cigars.
