Well I have a ton of walleye and decided to try some on the smoker. I just finished my auto temp controller for my smoker and decided to do some testing. ill take plenty of pics for you guys.

ones got a lot of seasoning and the other just a little. we shall see in a couple hours.

sorry guys have been sick as hell, some kinda virus, the walleye turned out ok, think ill just stick with pan frying or deep fat frying it. my dad sent me a recipe today to cook it the microwave im kinda skeptical!
