Thinking of trying to smoke some venison jerky in my CharGriller Pro but have never done it before. Any have suggestions on how to hang it? Temp and Time? Should i remove it after 3 hours to finish in the oven?
I typically make venison jerky in my oven. I've tried to make it in my CharGriller, but it is just too difficult to get the uniform temperature that you need. Make sure you post if you figure out a way to make it work.
