Finally getting the hang of temp control and smoke control on this. solid at 225, with TBS! I'll post pics when I'm done. 2h in so far.

never seen of it, but now i'll look for it. All i did was put some SPOG on it. Awesome BBQ Beef flavor... Cant wait to get home to eat the leftovers!
