Tossed a few rib tips on the WSM! Smoke from cherry and mesquite holding temps right around 240-250. They were rubbed with Famous Daves rib rub,
I have Jeff's rub but still need to mix some up.

Welcome aboard!
Here's a pic before I wrapped them, thinking 1/2-45 min in foil will see how they are then.

Ps I did eat one as a snack pretty tasty! They benefited from being wrapped over the last ones i did naked.

Very nice. Them tips look better then the ones I cut.

Points for you.

You bought a case of tips?

Yep! About 30 pounds they sell them at GFS(Gordon Food Service) there a restaurant wholesaler and operate cash and carry stores as well. There based in Michigan not sure what other states they operate in. Reasonably priced as I recall.
