Smoking some eggs

Another first for me.  Started the AMNS with about 2hrs of smoke.  Just also let me say that I love my AMNS.

I sent a text to the wife and she said "Smoked eggs, hmmm...never heard of that."  I said, "You just did" 

When these are done bacon wrapped chicken thighs.

Smoked eggs are great!  I'll bet this won't be your last time making them

Well, I think they're done.  I went to roll them over and they took on some good color.  The AMNS has about 1 inch left, so I'll let the white sides pick up the rest of the smoke.

Now, to get the wife to make some spicy egg salad when she get home.

Next....bacon wrapped chicken to take to work.

Smoked egg salad, and smoked deviled eggs are hard to beat! Looks Good!

So for my morning snack at work, I'm enjoying a huge smoked egg salad sandwich.  Tastes very good.
