smoking sliced pork shoulder

Ive never seen this at the meat market by me western ma Sliced pork shoulder with the bone. So i thought we give it smoke.

jalapeno mustard

paprika

cumin

salt &pepper

dry mustard

cayenne pepper

curry  powder

minced onion

brown sugar

i will spritz with apple cider,vinegar,pickle juice spray.
