Smoking Sausage Links

Has anyone smoked the small breakfast sausage links, like the ones that Bob Evans puts out in the supermarkets.

No I have not BUT I live up in Mass and how do I miss Bob Evans!!! My grandparents used to take me there all the time when I visited Florida... Is the chain still running or do they only sell to stores now?

They are still operating here in Virginia and West Virginia, don't know about anywere else.

I've smoked them, not to bad but I'd rather do polish or Italian sausage...The uncooked kind.
