smoking ribs today

I got 3slabs of ribs getting ready to go in the smoker and their rubbed down with Jeff's rub im smoking them at 225 and doing the 3-2-1 method

After 3 hours took them in the house to wrap.they look pretty good so far my wife was in the other room and came to the kitchen she said the smelld great also put a whole chicken on to smoke forgot to take a pic but I injected with garlic butter and rubed beer can chicken season

Well I forgot to take a pic after I unfoiled the ribs but I did take one after I put the back in the smoker with the bird

I am really disappointed in my ribs little to dry but the flavor was great love Jeff's rub i didn't get a smoke ring .its the first time used pecan wood on ribs had the smoke flavor but no ring chicken was nice and moist though only pic I got of chicken was the grandsons plate

I'am by no means a smoker builder... But sounds like an air flow prob possibly... Maybe one of the smoker builder gurus will be on soon...

Yeah I don't know I did some ribs the other day and smoked with hickory and I got a nice smoke ring not sure what happend
