Hello, I'm looking for ideas on how to smoke Oil. Ideally I would need a number of trays 1 to 2 inches thick to provide enough surface to allow the oil to grab the Smoked flavor. I would also need a easy way to drain the oil from the pan into a bottle. Any ideas?
