Smoking meat

Hi! This is uncle bebop here. I live in N.Y.state of USA. I am happy to be here to meet new friends and get good ideas for smoking food. I am new at smoking meat but I really enjoy doing it. I just bought a chargriller akorn commado grill. I made a bacon wrapped meat loaf for the first time ever and it came out awesome! But then I tried making smoked salmon and screwed them up. They were awful.

Welcome to the Forum and I too have had issues with salmon.   I seem to never get it just right.
