Smoking in the rain

I am supposed to get my new horizon smoker tomorrow.... This is the third try. These guys delivered it without a lift truch thinking they could move it ( all 457lbs) of it by hand twice. there is rain in the forecast for Saturday... I am smoken ribs ( my 1st smoke) any advise on smoken in the rain?

congrats, the horizons are great units and usually don't have any problems in the rain, if its pouring down you might get a little in the stack and past the edges of the doors but only small amounts not enough to put your fire out or cool it down to much, just make sure and reseason any areas where drips run as it will "steam clean" your seasoning off sometimes. The pot warmer on the firebox will burn and sizzle some so be mentally prepaired for that.
 
Now I think it would look good in your LIVING ROOM you got hang a light on it and all. You know right next to the TV. Now for real I had a fold out 10'x 10' awning that I used for years and got wet alot the longer I had it out there but now I have a nice litle porch under roof now.
