This site looks awesome, I can't believe I've gone this long without coming across this place before.  I look forward to learning more about smoking and sharing my experiences.

I'm a grill and smoker enthusiast first (and just love to cook 2nd).

I am using 2 smokers right now, one is my first smoker that is just an inexpensive charcoal/wood box smoker that will be retired soon, but I still use on occasion.

The other was a gift from my dad.  It's an inexpensive (but better) electric smoker.  I definitely miss the lump charcoal,  but it is far more convenient and easier to maintain than my old POS.

One day, soon, I'll invest in a quality smoker.

I've smoked a lot of pork shoulders, briskets, and ribs.  What brought me here is that I'll be smoking chicken wings this weekend and I found this page on a search.  I make a killer ancho chili pepper fried wing and I the thought of having them smoked is making me drool.

*edit*

I found my smoker on this site, this is what I currently have:
