Looking for some advice/recipes on cooking great buffalo style chicken wings for this Sunday. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

I like to do mine in my propane smoker around 325 with a nice coating of kickin chicken seasoning so I get that crispy skin. Lots of people do them differently though.

Do a search for scarbelly wings. Haven’t gotten to try them yet but they look great and everyone speaks highly of them.

I always do my wings on the Kettle with the Vortex. Then a good spin in a bowl of either Franks-n-butter or Teriyaki and I'm golden.

Chris
I do the teriyaki also, except I sprinkle with some sesame seeds and green onion.
Of course, I've never smoked them before being a newb.
The flavors hang out nicely together, though.
