Thanks buddy. No snow yet. Suks to be you. LOL They're still rying to decide if we're going to get snow, ice, rain, or all 3. Supposed to start sometime overnight tonight and run right up until Christmas Day.

Thank you csmith, that is very kind of you to say. Give pastrami a try. It's an easy smoke if you use the store bought corned beef brisket like I always have. I'd like to make my own from scratch one of these days like several of the members have been doing lately.

321 is an "Urban Wheat Ale" from Goose Island in Chicago. Good beer if you like unfiltered wheat.
