We cook/eat a lot of duck: confit, terrine, soups, rillettes, prosciutto....but never smoked one whole.

So here it is:

It was tasty....however i don't think i will do it again. I prefer the old school methods for duck. Nothing is wasted, falls apart meats, cold cuts that keep for months. Duck is a treat.
 
That duck looks really good to me.
