Duck Fat Choices

So I stumbled upon some duck fat at Publix... Didn't even know they carried it... They have it in a spray and also in an oil ... Is one preffered over the other ??
Next to it was Waygu Beef Brisket Tallow ... Never used it before and not sure when/where to use it...

I can't ever find it in my area, wish I could. One of the best steaks I ever had was seared in a CI pan with duck fat.

I keep a can or two on hand. Gives chicken and taters a nice crisp.
Been wanting to try the tallow.

I trued a can of the spray years ago, wasn’t impressed enough to buy another, I do pu a can of bacon grease once in awhile, handy to make gravey when I am out of bacon
