Morning and Happy Thanksgiving to all.

1st post and wanted advice on cooking a 6lb eye round to medium well. I see medium rare is preferred but wife wants it medium well. What internal temp does this has to reach to get to a medium well. Currently, I'm cooking at 250 deg and the internal temp right now is 130. It's been cooking since about 9:45am. Any advice would be appreciated.
 
Morning Cowan. For medium well I shoot for about 150 to 155 degrees IT. You'll want to pull it off the smoker a few degrees under and the carry over while resting will bring the temp uo.
