Hello,
now the weather has chilled I thought I would cold smoke a pre-cooked turkey breast from Costco using my a-maz-en smoke generator tube. Now that I'm retired, I can do this not only on Sunday's, but everyday as the rest of the week are all Saturday's!

Good morning and welcome to the forum from another hot and humid day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about everything.

Higpicker, welcome to SMF! Glad you're here and enjoying your six Saturdays a week. I'm still undecided if I'm retired or not, but enjoying back to back Saturdays while I decide.

Enjoy the forum!
