Smokin' in Brooklyn

Hey Everyone,

I'm new to the site and forum. I've been making my own jerky for a few years now and just got into smoking. I started with a whole hog last year for a summer bbq and now i'm smoking a brisket on my  Master Forge 29-in Charcoal almost every other month, I just can't get enough.

Looking forward to learning from all the great members on this site.
