Been smoking with a charcoal smoker for almost 1 year but haven't had the time because of all the attention it takes to smoke with charcoal. My awesome wife went to Bass Pro on Black Friday & purchased a Masterbuilt 30" electric smoker with a window in the door. So Im looking for recipes of all types for an electric smoker & a good cookbook. My first thing Im looking to do is smoke chicken wings plain with cherry woodchips & just use dipping sauces. My main concern is temperatures.
