Wifes Dad and his wife are coming to visit from Arizona. They want me to smoke something for dinner. I was on this like a fat kid on cake.
Menu for the visit is:
2 racks of ribs
Smoked tri tip
Potato Salad (Ill smoke the eggs that go in it)
Cole slaw with a vinegar based dressing
Grilled pears and pineapple
For the appetizer I smoked some cheese thats resting in the fridge
Using Pecan for the smoke.
