I'm with Ray, if there's not such a thing as bloody mary Monday then there should be! Had company all weekend lots of food, football and drinks (post coming). Maybe tomorrow, 50 degrees and sunny today, tomorrow winter storm watch, 6 to 9 inches of snow and 35 mph winds. Ryan

Well yesterday was just a little too rough on me, I had two Rolling Rocks and a Marlboro and went back to bed for a few hours. Today I'll get the slicer down and get on that tip roast, looks like a fine day to start on the Xmas lights and then maybe a French dip sanny. Last nights dinner of leftover ribs, slaw, and beans was better than penicillin, feel almost human today. RAY

Great looking meal Ray! The beer, whiskey, and wine mixed together might have had something to do with the rough Monday lol. Usually more beers will cure that the next day. Look forward to seeing the sliced shots of the tip roast!

Yeah, I probably should have skipped the wine and just popped the top on another Rolling Rock. Just goes to show that I'm not too old to be stupid sometimes. I managed to get the Xmas tree out for the DW and the outside Xmas light show ready for fine tuning as soon as it gets dark. I cracked out the sliced and was darned happy with what I saw!

Got everything weighed into sandwich sized increments

Then shrink-wrapped with enough left for a RB and swiss sanny for lunch

I'll polish of the remaining ribs and slaw for dinner, then start thinking about Thanks. There will only be the three of us so I'm foregoing a big bird this year, going to do a ten pound Butterball on the Ronco Showtime 4000. Just set it and forget it, Jan will take care of the rest. All in all it was another great smoke and I got to have fun doing what I love to do. Thanks to all for the comments and likes, they are much appreciated, and thanks for looking. RAY

Well damn Ray...what's not to LIKE? Great food beautifully presented and copious amounts of alcohol. Sounds like a match made in Heaven to me.

Yep, I LIKE it,
Robert
