Smokette Elite Model SM025: whole turkey

Has anyone smoked an entire turkey using the Smokette Elite Model SM025 I'm about to purchase a smoker and the model I settle on depends on being to smoke a 20lb pound turkey and smaller size chickens

I don't have any experience with that smoker but looking at the specs I think your turkey will fit O.K. and the temp range looks good.

No , but a pic of the unit may jog someone's memory...

A 20 lb bird is within the capacity of the 025.  BUT the shelves are only 14 X 18 same as in my 066 Amerique. You just have to watch the size of the carcass as you really don't want the meat touching the sides of the smoker on a regular basis. You could stand it on end ala beer can style, on the lowest shelf .  Check with the folks at CS.  They will have the best answers and advice.
