Hey all, I'm looking for some advice. I always have a hard time finding reliable sausage making in my area, and am looking to start into some custom sausage making, and want to get a decent startup smoker that works well for sausage(10-15lbs at a time).  Looking for recommendations on a good quality unit preferably propane or maybe electric that requires minimal babysitting.

Welcome to SMF! On the home page are reviews of different smokers and accessories done by members on the forum. For smoking sausage you will want something that you can maintain low temperatures with. There are lot members that have MES smokers but certain models are very good and other models not so much.
