Smoker rookie HELP!

Hi everyone I jus got a new smoker for father's day it's a Oklahoma joe smoker nothing expensive because I'm a beginner.I don't eat pork but I am very excited to learn tips on smoking brisket,chicken and fish also homeade rubs and BBQ sauces.
