I just purchased the book "Meat Smoking and Smokehouse Design". Its got a some awesome reviews and a bunch of Smokehouse designs. If you go to amazon.com under the book it shows something along the lines of what I want to end up having in the near future. Anyone else have or seen this book? Once I get the book and start the planning of this I will keep you all posted.
