Hello Smokers United. I'm Marlon D. out f the Orlando/Kissimmee, Florida area. Yes Disney, House of the Mouse, Orlando Magic, etc. I've been around BBQ all my life but new to Smoking. My grandmother had a restaurant & Bro-in-law has a BBQ catering service in the panhandle Florida but ever since I received this Masterbuilt 30' dual door sports edition smoker its a wrap. Hook, line, and sinker. My first smoke was of course ribs along with a pork picnic. Turned out outstanding, just a little light on smoke but still good. Pics to follow soon. Happy Smoking.
