Freak, i may try that next time., i got LOTS of fat/juice off the briskets, not as much off the butts and they were injected, kinda thot i may get a lot more from them.
 
hears an idea.. like pigcircles says double up on pans ..put a rack in the bottom one and poke a couple holes in the top one..for juices to run down
 
There are times when I smoke using a foil pan. Especially when I want to save the meat and juices for another recipe.

Not sure where one is around here. Will have to do some research. In the meantime I'll go the cheap route and use two stacked alum. pans with holes in the top one. Thanks for the reply.
