Grabbed a flat of wings on the way home when I stopped for a few items.  
Got the smoker set to 250 with some mesquite and put some poultry magic seasoning on em. Left them on for an hour and 45 mins. Pulled them off and put them on the grill for a few minutes each side while I sauced most. Half with some SBR for the kids, and SBR with Chalula on the other half. The grill and sauce crisped up the skin and softened it a bit. First time doing wings on the MES130.
