Had some leftover pulled pork and decided to make nachos. I also saw some chicken wings on sale and picked them up. Very happy with how the wings turned out. Not crispy but the skin wasn't really rubbery either.

Nachos look tasty. Great way to use up that pp. They don't last long here. We also make a bbq french fry dish that's just as good.
