Rubbed with salt, pepper, garlic and rosemary.


Smoked to internal temp of 128F and finished with a sear on the grill.


Rested

Perfect smoke flavor, I used a 50/50 mix of oak and mesquite.

Thanks a lot, and yes it's a Shun Premiere 7in santoku I also have the premiere honesuki and 10in chef knife they're awesome knives! I always try to add another one from the set to my collection when I can afford to.

Very nice.    I have a 6/7 inch Chef's and a Double Santoku, not sure which line they are from.    Pretty much retired my Henckel's Pro S knives after getting the Shuns.

  Thanks, it was really good. I have 7 more in a cryovac from costco, I'll put em to good use in the coming months.
